Greek Yoghurt with Chilli Mango Sauce
A good breakfast is a way to start your day. We might not feel like eating eggs, toast, or sausage first thing in the morning during the summer season! I have a light and fruity recipe for you with a little twist to get you ready for a busy day.
Greek yoghurt with freshly made mango sauce and a pinch of chilli is a great kick! It’s a satisfying wake-up call. Topped up with granola and passion fruit makes this treat even better and more filling.
I have tried something similar during my visit in Edinburgh, in a small breakfast/coffee joint and I knew I must make it at home. As I don’t really like heavy breakfast this was a perfect option for me. Sweet, light and filling with a great blend of tropical fruits and a surprise of a spicy hit. I add just a pinch of chilli flakes after blending my mango but you can of course moderate the level of spice to your liking.
