Coconut Chia Seed Pudding

Chia seeds. They have been around for a while, growing more and more popularity for the past few years. Not surprising as they are super healthy and easy to use.

High in fibre, potassium, calcium, omega 3 and many more. So, if you can make delicious breakfast that is super healthy and refreshing in the same time, it would be a sin not to try at least once. And who knows maybe you will get addicted. Just like me.
You need just 4 ingredients (which you can change with other alternatives) and toppings of your choice. Putting it all together and giving it a mix literally takes 3 minutes. 2h or overnight in the fridge and your breakfast or snack is ready.

I’m sorry but it can’t get easier than that. So, no excuses! Try it!
