Perfect Guacamole
Perfect guacamole is a recipe to cherish. Believe me. Guac doesn’t need any unnecessary fillers. Simple and fuss-free, made with fresh ingredients will be up to anyone’s taste.
We want the avocado to be the real star of the show. So, we gonna make it all about it. Of course, you can be creative and add all sorts of things to make it your own, but let us start with the clean slate.
Beautiful ripe avocados, fresh coriander, onion, and squeeze lemon juice. That’s all you need for a great dip, spread, or topping for your crazy Mexican dinner party.
Choosing the right avocado is key. We want our guacamole to be creamy and have this beautiful green-yellow tinted color. It’s important when picking your avocados to make sure the steam is still attached as if it was removed it’s likely to have brown spots inside. Gently press on the avocado, it should be firm but with a slight softness.
You can make your guacamole in a food processor for this super creamy texture or just mash it with a fork for a chunkier feel. Up to your liking.
You can make this recipe in advance and store it in the fridge for up to 7h. Just give it a mix before serving.
Perfect Guacamole
Ingredients
- 2 Large Avocados ripe
- 2 tsp Fresh Lemon Juice
- 2 tbsp Diced Red Onion one small onion
- 2 tbsp Chopped Fresh Coriander
- Salt
Instructions
- Slice avocados in half and remove the pit. Using a spoon, scoop out the flesh. Place it in a bowl and mash with a fork. You can make it as creamy as you like.
- Add lemon juice, coriander, and onion. Mix well and season to taste with salt.
