The Best Egg Cutlets
Super easy and quick recipe for egg cutlets with cheese and fresh dill. Made with hard-boiled eggs, breadcrumbs, and simple seasoning is a great idea for dinner or lunch, and a great alternative for kids.
My mum used to make those cutlets in a weekday hustle, which I wouldn’t complain about at all as they are extremely delicious. Delicate in flavor, soft on the inside but still with a thin crispy layer on the outside. Paired with a spicier salad, made from sauerkraut, or just with a simple side of pickles. As a kid, I used to dunk my cutlets in a healthy amount of ketchup which now I would just use a bare minimum.
The addition of cheese and fresh dill will give the eggs a little bit of umpf. This little kick to make them tastier and more defined. Plus let’s be completely honest, everything with cheese is much better.
This is probably one of the cheapest recipes I make. Everyday ingredients that are probably already in your kitchen. So, get your eggs boiling and pan hot, we will make the best cheap dinner ever.
