Turkish Lamb Tacos
Tacos are one of our favourite treats for a busy weekday. This recipe has just few simple ingredients packed with flavours and textures.
Diced lamb marinated in cumin, smoked paprika and coriander is a star of the show. Make sure to use good quality meat to make this dish super delicious, believe me, it will make a lot of difference especially when there is not many topping to hide the lamb quality.
This recipe is really refreshing thanks to freshly finely sliced cabbage and light garlic yoghurt sauce but still very comforting on many levels. Flavours of cumin and lamb are just match made in heaven. If you want extra comfort save the sauce from the frying pan after cooking the lamb and dip it over the assembled taco. Yummm.
