To make the pastry cut butter into smaller pieces and combine with the rest of the ingridients for the crust using your hands. You can start in a bowl. Once it starts getting sticky trasfer onto a cleaned and floured counter and continue making the pastry. When all ingridients are well combined use the foil to cover it and place in the fridge for 30 min.
Menawhile, wash and peal the pears. Cut into quarters and remove the seeds. Cut each quarter in half again.
Next prepare the filling. Mix all of the ingredients together until smooth.
Preheat oven to 190C and prepare your tart tin (26cm) by greesing with butter all of the edges and the base of a tin. Roll out your puff pastry and transfer onto a tin. Pierce the base of the pastry few times with a fork. Lay out pears and cover with the pudding mixture. Toss a handful of hazelnuts on top and bake for 30-35 min.
Let the tart completly cool down before removing from the tin and dust with icing sugar. Enjoy!
