Coconut Chia Seed Pudding

Ingredients
  

  • 4 tbs Chia Seeds
  • 1 cup Coconut Milk or milk of your choice
  • 2 tsp Honey or agave, maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp Liquid Natural Coconut Flavouring
  • Fruits of your choice
  • Coconut flakes  

Instructions
 

  • Pour milk, honey, coconut flavouring and add chia seeds into a jug.  Mix the ingredients together and set aside for 3 min
  • Stir it again to separate all the lumps. Pour into two serving cups or small jars. Cover and place in the fridge for at least 2h or overnight
  • Top with fruits and coconut flakes before serving
