Prawn and Soy Noodles

Ingredients
  

  • 150 g King Prawns
  • 600 g Medium Thick Wheat Noodles
  • 1/2 Small Yellow Bell Pepper
  • 1/2 Small Orange Bell Pepper
  • 1/2 Medium Courgette
  • 1 Small Onion
  • 2 Large Garlic Cloves
  • Spring onion
  • Sesame Seeds

For the sauce

  • 2 tbsp Light Soya Sauce
  • 2.5 tbsp Sesame Oil
  • 1 tbsp Oyster Sauce
  • 1 tsp Ginger Powder
  • 1 tsp Smoked Sweet Paprika
  • 0.5 tsp Curry Powder
  • 1 tbsp Sriracha optional
  • Salt & Pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Chop bell peppers and courgette into medium bite-size pieces. Peel and chop onion and garlic into a small cube.
  • Heat up 2 tbsp of oil in a deep frying pan. Add onion, garlic, pepper, and courgette. Cook on medium heat for 6 to 10 minutes. Stirring occasionally to make sure nothing will burn.
  • Add prawns and all ingredients for the sauce. Give it a mix, cover the pan with a lid, and cook for 4 minutes. Try the sauce and season to taste if needed. Next add noodles, cover with the lid again and give it up to 5 minutes for them to soften up and get loose.
  • Once the noodles are nice and lose mix everything gently. Serve in deep bowls. Garnish with sesame seeds and spring onion.
